Welcome to TVAM by Titiksha.
We create handmade, small-batch pieces designed to make hosting feel calm, confident, and effortless.

By browsing, using, or purchasing from our website, you agree to the Terms below. If anything feels unclear, please write to us before ordering — we’re always happy to guide you.


1. About Our Products

TVAM by Titiksha (“we”, “our”, “us”) offers handcrafted crockery, décor, and curated sets (“Products”).

Because many pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in glaze, colour, texture, or finish are natural and part of the craft. These are not considered defects.

By placing an order, you (“you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.


2. Product Information & Display

We share product descriptions, images, and pricing in good faith.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings

  • Measurements are approximate

  • Handmade products may have minor variations

We always aim to represent each piece as accurately as possible.


3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing an order (unless COD is available for your order).

  • Payments are processed via secure payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, etc.).

  • We do not store your payment details.


4. Orders & Fulfilment

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Dispatch timelines:

  • Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • For made-to-order or custom pieces, timelines may be longer — and will be shared clearly during confirmation.

In rare cases (stock mismatch, suspected fraud, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances), we may need to cancel an order. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.


5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only.

Estimated delivery:

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS.

While we work with reliable courier partners and pack every order with care, delays caused by courier networks, weather, or unforeseen disruptions are outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We cannot take responsibility for delays or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.


6. Breakage, Damage & Missing Items

We understand that ordering crockery online requires trust. Every order is packed with extra protection to minimise breakage.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or missing items, please don’t worry — we will support you.

To help us verify fairly:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the item + outer packaging

  • Share a parcel opening video (recommended for fragile items)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Refund to original payment method

  • Store credit

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.

Handmade variations (minor glaze or texture differences) are not considered damage.


7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, curated, and packed with care:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of verified damage, defect, or missing items reported within the eligible window.

  • Custom-made or commissioned products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition

  • Items must be securely packed

  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product was defective/damaged in transit


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations may not be possible as packing/dispatch preparation begins.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


9. Intellectual Property

All designs, artworks, images, product names, written content, and website material are the intellectual property of TVAM by Titiksha and may not be copied or reused without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper handling or misuse

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Courier delays beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably first. If unresolved, they will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.


12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
