At TVAM by Titiksha, every piece is thoughtfully curated and made in small batches. We take great care in packaging and dispatch — and we want you to receive your order safely and with complete peace of mind.
1) Change of Mind
Since our products are handmade, curated, and produced in limited batches, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We strongly recommend reading product details carefully before placing an order. If you’d like help choosing, you can always WhatsApp or email us — we’re happy to guide you.
2) Transit Damage / Breakage Support (Most Important)
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please don’t worry — we will take care of it.
To raise a damage claim, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at: tvambytitiksha@gmail.com

This helps us process your claim quickly and also supports verification with our shipping partners.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

Store credit, OR

Refund to original payment method
Please note: Damage claims cannot be processed without an uncut parcel opening video.
3) Handmade Variations
Each TVAM piece is handmade or finished in small batches. Slight variations in colour, glaze, texture, or brushwork are natural and part of the charm — and are not considered defects.
4) Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
For replacements or store credit, timelines will be shared over email.
