Shipping Within India
We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
In rare cases (remote pin codes, weather disruptions, courier delays), delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
For custom or commissioned pieces (if applicable), dispatch timelines may be longer and will be communicated clearly during order confirmation.
Packaging & Safe Delivery
All orders are packed with secure, damage-proof packaging and protective layers suitable for crockery.

Exchanges
Exchanges are supported only in cases of transit damage or manufacturing defects, reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with the required photos and opening video.
